For someone a work is a duty, for us it is a pleasure.

A real phenomenon is the success of "Semko" (Brazil). Ricardo Semler,  inherited from his father inefficient company in 1980. He reorganized the company. The result of this reorganization was 10 times increase of turn-over "Semko", while in the 80-s one-third of industrial enterprises got bankrupt in Brazil. Semler's structure of organization is impossible in terms of classical management, but in practice it is very effective, and "Semko" is a place of frequent visits of the world's largest enterprises top managers.

Two graduates of computer faculty at Stanford University, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, started to create their search engine in the hostel room. In 1998, they established a system of «Google» with three employees who worked in the garage. Company where 20% of the time is devoted to personal hobbies of staff, where everyone can dress as he or she wants. Yes! That is "Google". Up to the middle of 2004 the company «Google» already  achieved the highest status, making their creators almost the richest people in the world.

They looked at the world slightly differently and saw the right way to the future. We aren't "Google" and Ricardo Semler isn't our manager, but we are talented and hardworking. If you need fresh ideas and nice solutions - then you are at the right address. Welcome to Chip-Solutions.org. Why the "Chip Solutions"? Because our solutions are reliable, efficient and easy to use.      Why is our company better? Because we are:

  • democratic, and therefore are happy to accept talents, who are uncomfortable in the hard corporate framework, in our team.
  • sociable and open, and therefore easy to form a team with a perfect composition for each specific task.
  • effective, because we manage less and work more.
  • honest to our team, because each of our staff participates in decision-making and has a share of the profits.
